Membership

Joining the KGA provides businesses, philanthropists and community groups with access to one another through our website - a place for advice, inspiration, networking, and where 'needs' and 'wants' can be discussed and exchanged.

The KGA offers two types of Membership:

• Member - for businesses with a base in Kirklees and individual philanthropists
• Affiliate Member - typically for voluntary & community groups; social enterprise; and public sector

The KGA offers Members the facility to directly access a friendly and easy-to-use place to focus their requests for local community participation as well as an audience in front of which community groups can display their needs.

The KGA Trustees firmly believe that being a member of the KGA not only promotes and co-ordinates the community efforts of local businesses and people, but also provides a superb vehicle for project partnerships and nurturing innovative social options for the citizens of Kirklees.
