GBN is a not-for-profit business support organisation offering environmental advice to businesses and community groups mainly in West Yorkshire. GBN works in partnership with local businesses, community groups and other organisations to deliver projects demonstrating sustainability in action.

The Lorna Young Foundation (LYF) is a UK registered charity that helps smallholder producer organisations in developing countries to make the transition from being simply growers of raw crops to being in control of their own businesses. The charity's work helps them to add value to what they grow and lift themselves out of poverty without the need for aid.

Career Academies UK has been working to build bridges between the classroom and the boardroom since 2002 recognising the potential in students from all backgrounds and helping them take their first steps into the world of work. Our objective is to raise aspirations of 16-19 year old students and we do this by setting up Career Academies in existing schools and colleges. The programme is dependant on employer support in the form of mentoring, guest lectures, workplace visits, advisory board membership and internships. We currently work with one school in Kirklees, St John Fisher RC High School, and are looking for volunteers on all levels.
